Convert two existing medical-use buildings, Building Nos. 4 and 5, for residential use, providing a total of 147 restricted residential units plus two manager's units, and a total of 163 on-site parking spaces. As proposed, the project requires a Zone Variance to permit the residential use and a Site Plan Review for the creation of 50 or more new dwelling units. The project is located in the northwesterly portion of a larger approximately 150-acre United States Department of Veterans Affairs medical complex, on land zoned PF-1. No new construction, other than interior remodeling, is proposed.
