Document Description
The project consists of water system improvements identified in the Domestic Water Master Plan dated March 2004, and the Recycled Water Master Plan dated April 2006, prepared for City of San Juan Capistrano by AKM Consulting Engineers. In order to serve the potable and recycled water demands forecasted in its service area, the City of San Juan Capistrano (City) proposes to construct various pipeline enhancements (new or replaced).
