The subject parcel is a 3-lot division situated in an existing residential area which is consistent with the commercial residential resort zoning and open space general plan designations. This parcel was not involved in a division within the past 2 years, does not exceed the 20% slope threshold and did not require a variance relative to local standards. Class 15 State Guidelines Section 15315 exemptions involve Minor Land divisions.
