Repairs during vacanct to Cottage #5 will be in accordance with the secretary of the Interior Standard for historic properties as outlined in the PRC 5024 review. Cultural resource specialists will be on hand to review work to interior and exterior surfaces with work including painting, re-plaster of one wall, repairs to 3 roofing tiles, replace electrical outlet, resurface wooden flooring, repair outside step, replace ceiling fan, reseal windows, re-enamel tub, and replace miror and tiles in bathroom.
