A Right of Entry is issued to the Huntington Beach Wetlands. Conservancy for their Wetlands Restoration and Maintenance Dredging Projects SCH#2007091143. Sand from the Talbert Marsh and Channel will be hydrolically pumped to an approximate 20' depth after crossing Huntington State Beach. Breeding bird sensitive periods are avoided.
