Issuance of a Right of Entry Permit and subsequent easement(s), where deemed appropriate, for the purpose of allowing the permittee to enter Pan Pacific Park to complete construction of the north-west corner of Pan Pacific Park. The Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust is a non-profit institution pending construction at the north-west corner of Pan Pacific Park (SCH #2006081132). The building site is on an approximately 20,000 square foot (0.46-acre) parcel of land that is wholly owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation (LARAP). LARAP currently own and operates the site of the building footprint and the building construction is limited to the area owned by LARAP.
