Document Description
Topping of an existing power transmission pole with subsequent placement of a new pole approximately 200 feet south of the existing pole an set back from the stream bank. A tracked vehicle will be used to augur a hole for placement of the new power pole. Bank swallows are known to nest in the area but should not be present during the time of construction. Care will be taken away from the nesting bank in order to avoid crushing any existing burrow structures. Vegetation disturbance caused by the tracked vehicle is considered temporary.
