Document Description
AVEK is in need of additional water supplies due to the extremely dry hydrologic conditions within their service area this year. LCID has water available for transfer from their 2008 SWP supply. The transfer was delivered to AVEK and the return water delivered to LCID will utilize the existing facilities of SWP, AVEK, and LCID.
