Document Description
Modernization of existing campus to benefit students enrolled in continuation and alternative education, currently housing 40 students in 4 portables including two classrooms, a library and administration/restrooms. An interim campus consisting of two temporary portables will be placed on a pad to become the future 18 space parking lot to replace the current 14 space parking lot. The existing portables will be replaced with six upgraded modular building and one restroom building. The present half-court basketball court will be expanded to full-court.

Minor land alterations, including grading, on the site of an existing school campus that is already highly disturbed and not environmentally sensitive. Minor accessory structures will include replacement of an existing 14 space parking lot with a nearby 18 space facility, the addition of a portable restroom and two additional portables, and expansion of an existing basketball court in the play area. The new number of classrooms will increase by 2. Two interim classrooms structures needed for the campus during construction of the project will be removed.
