Document Description
This project converts an existing exterior patio (256 +/- sq. ft.) To an interior break room addition. Additionally, reparis to the interior walls of a roof access shaft will be made. The project included the demolition and removal of exiting concrete patio flatwork, removal of a parapet wall at the roof. A new floor slab, roof, insulation, interior wall, and ceiling finishes, and other interior finishes will be made to the break room. The project will also provide untextued and unpainted moisture resistant moisture resistant gypsum board to finish the roof access shaft walls, located in the storage/work room.
