The project proposes to rehabilitate approximately 300 feet of eroding stream channel by upgrading undersized culverts to larger culverts or bridges, and by treating sections of the bank and channel with rock slope protection, brush mattresses, vegetative walls and biodegradable erosion control blankets all within an Unnamed Tributary to Orr Creek, thence the Russian River, thence the Pacific Ocean, Mendocino County.
