After revieweing the project and its setting, the Environmental Cooridinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidlines because the project consists of contruction of a garage accessory to an exisistin residence.
