The project site is located on the east side of Perierra Street 230+- feet north from the intersection of State Street and Perierra Street in Columbia. A portion of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 14 East. Assessor's Parcel No. 37-020-14.
After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Enviornmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidliness because the project consists of the minor alteration of a previously approves residence, involving negligible expansion of use.
