Project consists of a minor addition of eight classrooms and support facilities to Rosamond High School. 14 CCR §15314 permits exemptions to CEQA for projects that do not increa the original student capacity of the school by 25 percent of ten classrooms, whichever is less. Twenty five percent of 41 classrooms is 10 classrooms and the proposed increase to 48 classrooms is an increase of seven classrooms.
