Document Description
This project consists of the improvement of storage and nursery functions for the Tijuana River national Estuarine Research Reserve. The work will include: underground utility lines and conduit: a retaining wall on the west and south sides of site: re-grade site for storage building, work space and nursery facilities: installation of storage building (18' height X 20' width X 80' length) with sewer hook up and restroom facilities: up grade nursery facilities (shade structure, tables): install concrete pavement: move existing chain link fence: and remove existing storage containers. Per standard policy, biologist and cultural resource specialist will ensure avoidance of significant natural and cultural resources during project implementation.
