Document Description
The project will include the construction of a three-bay car wash with recreation; vehicle (RV) wash bay, a covered two-bay vaccum island and an oil water seperator. A graded drainage swale will be constructed along the eastern limit of the project area. It will extend for 95 feet and will terminate into the existing drainage swale at the projects southern edge. Both the existing and newly constructed drainage swales, running adjacent to the project, will be lined with 135 linear feet of turf reinforcement matting to minimize erosion and downstream sedimentation.
