Reasons for Exemption
Following review of the proposed Jamestown Design Guidelines, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15308 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the Guidelines will clarify the provisions of the existing Guidelines which were adopted to protect and enhancement the environment of the Jamestown community.
