Removal of an existing, damaged, thirty foot long culvert under Hi Pines Ranch Road and replacement with new drainage culvert of up to 48 inches in diameter. The ends of the culvert will be armored and Hi Pines Ranch Road will be paved over the top. The project may necessitate removal of a single mature willow adjacent to the current culvert.
