NOTE: Review Per Lead The project consists of an amendment to the City of Santa Cruz Sphere of Influence (SOI) to include a 374 acre portion od the UCSC "North Campus" for the purpose of providing extraterritorial water and sewer services to the area. Implementation of the proposed project would adjust the City's probable physical boundaries and service area for water and sewer service to include the project area in which UCSC proposes development as set forth in its adopted 2005 LRDP and in the Comprehensive Settlement Agreement.
