Document Description
The project will reduce sediment load to Lake Tahoe by a number of methods, including, but not limited to 1. Infiltrating stormwater runoff higher in the watershed; and 2. Directing sediment rich runoff into infiltration basins. Infrastructure improvements will include, but are not limited to, Dls, sediment traps, rock lined channels, vegetated swales, infiltration structures, PCC curb and gutter, and small micro-basins located throughout the project.
