Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0265-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Placer County Dept. of Public Works (Permitee), as represented by Kellen Prindiville. Project is limited to replacing the existing 3-span reinforced concrete slab bridge over Dry Creek at Walerga Road with a cast-in-place post tensioned box-girder bridge. The existing bridge is 32 feet wide and 128 feet long. the new bridge will be 100.5 feet wide and 513.5 feet long, accommodating four 12-foot wide lanes, two 4-foot wide shoulders, a variable width median (minimum 4.5 feet and maximum 16.5 feet), a 12-foot wide declaration and left-turn lane that is partially on the bridge, as well as a 12-foot wide Class 1 Bikeway and an 8-foot wide walkway, both of which will be separated from traffic by concrete barriers on each side. In addition, the new bridge deck will be approx. 14 feet higher than the existing bridge.
