The proposed project under Use Permit Application UP-13-07 will consist of approximately 130,000 sf of large box type retail; 27,000 sf of small retail storesm an average of 1,000 to 2,000 sf each; 9,000 sf of bank space split between two pads; a 5,000 sf restaurant, and 28,000 sf of office space located at the northwest corner of the site.
