Document Description
The applicant, Warner Hirsch on behalf of Vedanta Retreat, is proposing to dredge approximately 1,800 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from an existing pnd that is fed by an unnamed tributary to Olema Creek. Excavation of the material is proposed to be done by mechanical means with an excavator from the pond top-of-bank. THe dredged material is proposed to be temporarily stockpiled within the property for dying and subsequently used on road repairs, landfill and other maintenance activities as needed.
