Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0149-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant East Bay Regional Parks District. The project is limited to reconstruction/repair of a road shoulder, culvert and streambank along Bollinger Creek, which were damaged as a result of a debris slide and related bank erosion. Project activities will include excavation, grading, and clearing of slide debris, soils placement and compaction, installing retaining walls, and potential cut and fill activities.
