The Advanced Wastewater Treatment project of the Graton Community Services District has been modified to include a new section of gas pipeline to serve the co-generation-pasteurization system. Cogeneration-pasteurization along with the composting of biosolids, in lieu of extensive drying beds, are modifications that occur within the original footprint of the project which has not changed for some 30 years. None of the condition outlined in CEQA Guidelines S15162 will occur.
