Document Description
The subject application is for Building Site Approval by the Architectural and Site Approval committe. Design Review and Grading for the construction of a two story, 4235 sf residence on a 1.39 acre site located on Congress Springs Road, north west of the city of Saratoga in Santa Clara County. Construction will also entail installation of a driveway from Congress Springs Road (Highway 9) and an onsite septic system to service the residence. On site well will provide the domestic water supply for the residence through an individual water system installed to Environmental Health standars. The total estimated grading quantities for the subject projec tinclude 820 cubic yards of cut and 320 cubic yards of fill for the construction of the house and the driveway, and landscaping. The project will result in the removal of two oak trees (eight inch diameter 4.5 feet above ground), one maple (14 inch diameter 4.5 feet above ground), and a pine ( 9 inch diameter 4.5 feet above ground).
