Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead
The project sponsor, Cornell Farms, LLC, proposes to develop a winery in eastern Sonoma County. The project applicant has requested the necessary entitlements from the County of Sonoma to enable development of the winery. Approval of this request would grant a use permit for development and operation of the winery, and any approval conditions that are imposed. The project would include new building development; a wine cave; access and parking improvements; various project related infrastructure improvements for stormwater management, including rainwater harvesting and storage, wastewater treatment, conveyance and disposal; and landscaping improvements. The proposed winery would have a max annual production capacity of 10,000 cases.
