Document Description
NOTE: Revised The applicant's request is for a winery with a maximum annual production capacity of 10,000 cases on 245 Wappo Road. The proposal includes construction of an 18,670 square foot building and a 8,670 square foot cave for barrel storage. The project would require a substantial amount of grading (approx. 13,000 cubic yards) to terrace the site for the proposed buildings and excavate the cave. The plans indicate space for approximately 22 parking spaces. A new water tank would be constructed for fire protection and domestic use. The building and caves would contain all winery operations and equipment. Excess soils not re-used at the winery site would be disposed offsite at a location approved to receive them.
