Document Description
The City is proposing the construction of the following improvements to its existing WWTP: (1) addition a secondary clarifier to meet current and future treatment capacity requirements; (2) install a new disinfection facility to meet the State groundwater standards; (3) install new or expanded biosolids treatment facilities to provide reliable sludge treatment and disposal throughout the year; and (4) add electrical improvements associated with the above facility improvements.
