Document Description
The Amended and Restated Development Agreement (DA) would, among other things, require Garaventa Enterprises, Inc. to: 1) develop an office building on the western half of the site; and b) develop or cause the development of a Courtyard by marriott or equivalent hotel brand on the eastern half of the site. The office building will be a three-story, Class 'A' building with 60,000 square feet of leasable space. The hotel is required to include at least 125 rooms, an on-site restaurant, full service bar, and a conference room. To faciliate implementation of the Amended and Restated DA, Garavemta and the City will be entering into an Assignment and Assumption of Purchase and Sale Agreement and the City and Stay Cal Pittsburg LLC would enter into an Amended and Restated Purchase and Sale Agreement.
