Document Description
The Railroad Avenue Specific Plan (RASP), adopted by the Pittsburg City Council in 2009, is intended to guide all new development in key subareas located roughly within a 1/2-mile radius of the planned BART station in key subareas located roughly within a 1/2 mile radius of the planned BART station at Railroad Ave. and SR 4. The RASP established new land use classifications, development policies and guidelines, planned community resources, transportation and circulation improvements, implementation strategies, and phasing recommendations for properties located within the RASP area.
The Belle Harbor Residential Project consists of: 1) a rezoning of 7.22 acre site from GQ (Government/Quasipublic) District to PD (Planned Development) District; 2) the subdivision of the site into 82 single family residential lots ranging from 2,001 sq. ft. open space/stormwater detention area and tot lot; 3) a Development Agreement; and 4) design review of architectural and landscape plans.
