Document Description
The project proposes the division of approx. 40.96 acres into two parcels, parcel 1 (-31acres) would be developed into administrative buildings and associated structures, and parcel 2 (-10acres) would be available for future sale. Parcel 1 includes the construction of a 6,100sf. administrative office, a 8,000sf. steel fabricated shop facility, a 4,000sf. steel fabricated weed control building, and necessary appurtenances to facilitate District activities and a water recharger/regulation basin to facilitate the groundwater recharge activities of the District.
