Document Description
The proposed project consists of delivering un-disinfected secondary treated effluent for the purpose of flood irrigation 60+ acres of fodder (alfalfa) crop. The effluent will be delivered to the user (Bufkin) property directly from the City of Kerman Wasterwater Treatment Plant percolation ponds by way of a portable irrigation pump piping system on the Bufkin Property.
