The Los Alamos Community Plan Update is an amendment to the 1994 Los Alamos Community Plan. The purpose of the proposed LACP Update Project is to modernize the goals and objectives in the LACP to reflect recently identified local preferences for land use in the planning area under overarching policies of the Santa Barbara County Comprehensive Plan consistent with State planning law.
