Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) adopted an Addendum to the previous Negative Declaration and approved the modifications of the David H. Fell & Company, Inc. (DHF) Standardized Hazardous Waste Permit (Permit). DHF is a precious metal recycling facility that reclaimed precious metals from hazardous waste. DHF is currently conducting closure activities according to the current Permit’s Closure Plan. This Class 1* Permit Modification amends the closure plan and allows DHF to compare closure samples for soil, concrete, and equipment, with residential screening levels for silver, to confirm the closure performance standard has been met.
