Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances (DTSC) adopted an Addemdum to the previous Negative Declaration and approved the modifications of the David H. Fell & Company, Inc. (DHF) Standardized Hazardou Waste Permit (Permit), effective April 15, 2016. DHF is a precious metal recycling facility. Precious metal bearing hazardous waste is treated and analyzed and then reclaimed. DHF operates under the current Permit, which expires January 25, 2019. The DHF Class 1* Permit Modification allows: changes to the rinsing prcoedures for the treatment and storage units, increases to the number of wipe, cement chip, and soil grab samples and sampling analysis, and changes where treatment and storage equipment may be shipped after closure.
