Document Description
The City of Ontario approved the Project on June 19, 2018, adopted Resolution of Necessity No. 2018-083, and prepared an Addendum to the certified The Ontario Plan Environmental Impact Report (“Addendum”). Resolution of Necessity No. 2018-083 did not include all the necessary exhibits and attachments. To correct that ministerial error and to implement the Project approval, on June 15, 2021, the City adopted Resolution of Necessity No. 2021-055 to confirm the acquisitions sought by the City’s previously adopted Resolution of Necessity No. 2018-083, including the type, scope and durations of the acquisitions sought therein for the Mountain Avenue and Holt Boulevard Intersection Widening Project, applying Resolution of Necessity No. 2021-055 nunc pro tunc (to apply the Resolution of Necessity No. 2021-055 retroactive as of June 19, 2018).
