The proposed project is the preparation of The Ontario Plan, which includes an update of the City of Ontario General Plan and the Preferred Land Use Plan. Buildout of The Ontario Plan would result in a population of 361,716 people, 104,644 residential units, 257.4 square feet of non-residential development, and 325,794 jobs in the City.
