Document Description
The proposed Project consists of an 8-story tower, 123 feet in height, with 174 independent living units, an expanded entry lobby, and three levels of subterranean parking. Modifications to the existing parking lots will also occur. The proposed Project will add to the number of independent living units within the existing campus for Town & Country Manor. The Project will be a regulated residential care facility for the elderly.
