Document Description
The project is a minor residential subdivision to divide an 8.33 acre lot into 2 residential parcels. The project is located at 222 Highline Trail in the Crest/Dehesa Community Planning Area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category County Town (CT), Land Use Designation (1) Residential. Zoning for the site is RR1 (Rural Residential). The site contains an existing residence which would be retained on proposed Parcel 1. Access would be provided by a proposed private road easment connecting to Highline Trail. The project would be served by septic and imported water from the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Earthwork will consist of 475 cubic yards of material cut and fill of 50 cubic yards with 425 cubic yards of exported material.
