Document Description
The Senior Canyon Mutual Water Company is proposing to install approximately 1500 linear feet of a new water pipe, including two suspended spans of approximately 130 feet over a dry ravine and approximately 250 feet over Senior Canyon Creek. The creek crossing would replace two pipelines and consist of a pipe bridge with three pipes installed and secured. The project would also include the installation of instrumentation, construction of a 160sf utility structure for storage of materials and tools, and new security fencing around the existing filters. Approximately 680 linear feet of roadway leading to the filters and instrumentation would be widened and paved to meet Ventura County Fire Department requirements for adequate emergency vehicle access. A dilapidated shed currently used for storage would be removed and replaced by the proposed 160sf utility structure.
