Document Description
The proposed project is comprised of two adjacent components; apartments and an existing dining renovation. The proposed project would consist of three linked student residential apartment buildings totaling approx. 154,000 gross sf. and a renovation of the existing 25,183 gross sf. Revelle Commons. The residential student apartment buildings would house approx. 500 apartment style beds for second year students. The Revelle Commons renovation would involve modernization of the interior to create a restaurant-style dining venue and the addition of a market and café.
