Document Description
Condititonal Use Permit to authorize an existing horse boarding and training facility for up to 150 horses, with incidental retail sales of equestrian related supplies and equipment and to allow the staging of a recurring equestrian event to be conducted one weekend day per month between April and October.
The project originally proposed to be served by private septic systems, but the property has subsequently been connected tot he Big Bear City Sewer system. The project site is located north side of Shay Road, approximately one-half mile east of Palomino Drive in the unincorporated portion of San Bernardino County in the community of Big Bear City in the 3rd Sepervisorial District.
