Note: Reference SCH # 2008101098 The combined South/Southeast LA CPA will be updated to reflect current policies while addressing community issues relating to land use. The project will amend text and land use maps of the South/Southeast CPA. Several zoning ordinances will be adopted to implement updates for the two community plans such as changes for certain portions within the CPA for specific uses, design standards, and development standards. The zoning ordinances include amendments to the zoning map for height and district changes under LAMC Section 12.32 and the adoption of two implementation Overlay districts under LAMC Section 13.14. Amendments will occur within the Framework & Circulation Elements within the general plan, housing incentive ordinance, neighborhood stabilization ordinance and others necessary.
