The proposed project sites are to be located within the City of Chino Hills, in San Bernadino County, California. Reservoir R-41 is to be located on a site south of Sleepy Oak Road, west of Oak Canyon Drive, and southeast of Highway 142 Carbon Canyon Road. Reservoir R-42 is to be located on site south of High Vista Lane, northwest of Vellano Club Drive, and west of Highway 142 Carbon Canyon Road. Reservoir R-43 is to be located on a site south of Soquel Canyon Parkway and west of Pipeline Avenue. The proposed project consists of the construction and installation of two 2.0 million gallon (MG) steel recycled water storage reservoirs (R-42 and R-43) and one 0.5 MG steel recycled water storage reservoir (R-41).
