Document Description
Liberty Composting, Inc. (LCI) is proposing the development of a gasification project with energy recovery in response to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's (SJVAPCD) Rule 4565.
The development of the gasification project could include the diversion of a large portion of the feedback (biosolids and biomass) currently delivered to their composting at the site altogether so the site would only serve as a gasification facility.
