Document Description
The project applicant proposes to expand the existing structure by 33,899 sf. the building is proposed to be renovated and expanded from 82,857 sf to 116,756 sf and 24 feet 8 inches in height. The proposed building addition would consist of a masonry/concrete building. Modifications to the existing building would include new door/frame and openings. Construction of a new customer dedicated 20 MVA 66/12 kilovolt (kV) electrical substation intended to service the project site and its tenants, together with the construction and/or removal and replacement of off-site transmission poles and services.
