Document Description
The project proposes to construct and operate a replacement well for the existing Well No. 2, including plans for possible treatment if arsenic levels are above the Enviornmental Protection Agency's standard of 10 parts per billion. The changes to the Project were that a specific site (Alternative Site 7 and Subset Alternative C). Site specific biological and cultural reports were conducted, and a greenhouse gas section was added.
