Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursunt to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, H.G. Fenton. Project activities include extension of the culvert under Craven Rd and installation of fill material within the San marcos Creek channel and flood plain to accomodate construction of the proposed extension of Discovery Street; installation of fill material within the southern floodplain of San Marcos Creek to accomodate construction of mixed-use development north of the future Discovery Street; installation of two storm drain outfalls at the toe of the development's northern fill slopes; and grading in the northwest cornor of the site to realign the San Marcos Creek low flow channel and achieve elevations appropriate for riparian/wetland habitat creation.
