Document Description
The project consists of the preparation of Clearwater Program Master Facilities Plan (MFP) for the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County's (Sanitation Districts) Joint Outfall System (JOS). The JOS encompasses 73 of the 78 cities in the Sanitation Districts' service area, as well as some unincorporated county areas. The MFP will assess the wastewater conveyance, wastewater treatment, solids processing, biosolids management, and effluent management needs of the JOS through the year 2050, and recommend specific improvements to meet those needs.
